PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Rice Protein basically belongs to the Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein (HVP). This group of product gives both nutritional and simultaneously technical properties. Rice Protein Hydrolysate is developed by highly skilled team of Bio Pharma in the area selection of the best optimized Rice protein source in combination with an hydrolysis which can give the optimized performance in term of structure. Rice Protein Hydrolysate is so particularly efficient where HIGH protein
content is required in combination with low level of hydrolysis to enhance molecular weight distribution for this application. Bio Pharma customized range of product is available for eventual fine tuning of the chemical properties to fit the customers optimal needs.

SUGGESTED USE
Rice protein has an exceptional amino acids profile and it is the selected candidate for the replacement of whey and dairy proteins, thanks to its low allergen contents and dairy and lactose free. We recommend it for vegan diets in different formulations as sauces, meat and sausages use for its technical properties as smoothing and whipping agent. Generally usable in every formulation to replace nutritional content from animal origin.

For Animal Feed Applications: Rice Protein is considered to be safe as it has no anti-nutritional factors & since the proteins are hydrolyzed they very quickly gets absorbed in the digestive track of Fishes / Shrimps, Pets , reducing early mortality & further increasing weight gain for better FCR’s

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE
Temperatures below 35°C, relative humidity below 65%, and odor free environment are recommended. Avoid direct sunlight.
Expiry date: 2 years from the date of manufacture in the original packing.

PACKAGING
The standard packaging is a 25 kg PP bags which contains the product within an inner polyethylene liner bag. Big Bags also available.

SUGGESTED LABEL
If not explicitly required by specific applications of the final product, the ingredient can be indicated on the label as follows: Protein – Hydrolyzed Protein – Hydrolyzed Vegetal Protein.
